KARACHI: The doubly-compounded sugar crisis further intensified in the country including Karachi, as the commodity surged to Rs125 per kilogram in villages and Rs110 in cities, Geo News reported Monday.According to the market sources, the sugar prices went further up Rs6/kg, pushing it Rs104/kg in wholesale market and its retail price jumped to Rs110/kg.
In Quetta and Peshawar, the price surge in the wholesale market pushed it up in the open market, where sugar is being sold at Rs105 to 110 per kilo.
Lahore also witnessed hike in price of the commodity in the retail market to Rs110; while, sugar is being sold in Karachi at Rs100/kg."

Where is the government? Administration and politicians, both are busy in selling assets of country and depositing money in their foreign accounts. What to say them? It is really time that poor should kill himself. living without food and water is impossible, so better dying of hunger, end this life by own hands.
The so called nobles or civil society activists, where are they now. They are sleeping, coz they are not getting briefcases from foreign. All these are really making the nation fool.
A common man, a born chutia, he born poor and ends poorer. lol
I pray to Allah Almighty to please finish this Pakistan, it should be vanished. It was founded for muslims, where are the muslims who live and rule here. No where, no one can find a muslim today. so now there is no need of this Pak Zameen.
